Why I Bought It
This is so The Londoner esque. This dress is so classic and the blue is gorgeous. I wore it once for a family gathering at my house, so that doesn't really count as wearing it...right? I felt myself channeling the one and only Rosie Londoner with this on, which was pretty fab. I own a couple quarter-sleeved dresses already, so I want to make room for new ones!
